Quality Time Tuesday CEDAR PLANK SALMON

1 store-bought cedar plank
1 1½-pound salmon fillet
1 tablespoon margarine
1 teaspoon Old Bay seafood seasoning
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1. Soak cedar plank in water for 20 minutes. Lay salmon fillet on top of plank, skin side down.
2. Spread margarine over entire fillet, squeeze the juice of one lemon on top, then season with
Old Bay & brown sugar.
3. Place plank with salmon over medium coals. Grill for 20 minutes. Or, place 10-12 inches
under the broiler for 15 minutes. Place plank on a platter & serve right off the plank.
