2 slabs baby back ribs
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 cup bbq sauce

  1. Remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs (tough white skin). In a small bowl combine, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, pepper & brown sugar. Rub seasoning mixture all over ribs. Place in a glass pan & cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  2. When grilling, brush rack with oil to prevent ribs from sticking. Lay the ribs, meaty side up, over low coals. Cover the grill & cook slow on low for 75 minutes.

  3. When cooking in the oven, add 1 cup of water to the pan then cover the pan with foil. Bake on 325 degrees for 90 minutes.

  4. Brush on bbq sauce 10 minutes before ribs are done. If cooking in the oven, drain all liquid before brushing on bbq sauce.
