BET Presents 'Holler If You Hear Me: Black and Gay in the Church'

Filmmaker and journalist Clay Cane and BET uncovered a taboo topic about the Black Church. The writer and producer traveled to Atlana Georgia to met with church members who have felt ostracized or have been accepted in their faith due to their sexual orientation.

According to BET.com, the film follows, "first hand, the complexities of homophobia in the Black church with the enlightening documentary Holler If You Hear Me: Black and Gay in the Church. The groundbreaking film will premiere at NYU and will also be accesible for view on BET.com on November 3.
