Waistline Wednesday SAUTÉED ORGANIC SPINACH & CHERRY TOMATOES

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh garlic, crushed

2 pounds fresh organic spinach, washed

2 cups organic cherry tomatoes, whole sea salt, to taste pepper, to taste

1. In a large skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat. Add garlic to pan & lightly sauté for 10-20 seconds.

2. Add spinach & tomatoes to pan. Gently stir for 3-4 minutes. Lightly season with salt & pepper.

servings: 8 / prep time: 5 minutes / cook time: 5 minutes
