Waistline Wednesday - Grilled Organic Zucchini Sticks
4 organic zucchini
¼ cup olive oil
sea salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1. Prepare grill to medium heat. Cut each zucchini lengthwise into four equal parts. Brush each piece with olive oil, then season with salt & pepper.
2. To prevent zucchini from sticking, dip a folded paper towel in oil then hold it with tongs & rub it on the rack. Spraying a hot grill rack with non-stick spray can be dangerous.
3. Place zucchini on the grill & cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
