Thoughtful Thursday LOVELY LAVENDER LAMB CHOPS
10 lamb chops
1⁄4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 tablespoons dried lavender, finely chopped
Preheat oven on broil. In a large plastic bag combine oil, garlic, salt, pepper, brown sugar, rosemary & lavender.
Place chops in bag & massage seasoning thoroughly onto meat (marinating the chops for 1- 24 hours in the refrigerator will increase the flavor). Line a large baking sheet with foil. Arrange chops on pan with 2-inches between each of them.
Place 10-inches under broiler for 10-12 minutes or until browned.
