1 pound cooked jumbo shrimp, cleaned & deveined

1 cup fresh mango, diced

3⁄4 cup fresh pineapple, diced

1⁄4 cup red onion

2 tablespoons jalapeno, chopped

1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

3 tablespoons honey

  1. Thoroughly rinse cooked shrimp & drain in a colander.

  2. In a medium bowl combine mango, pineapple, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice & honey.

  3. Serve in martini glasses. Place tropical salsa in the bottom of the glasses. Hang shrimp over the edge of glasses.
